Product and supply scope
An AC motor housing or frame supports the stator and end covers, establishes shaft height and mounting geometry, transfers reaction loads and removes heat through the frame and cooling fins. Standard-looking frames can still differ in pilots, feet, flange, terminal-box orientation and machining datums.
GX supplies drawing-defined AC motor housings and confirmed mechanical interfaces. Ceiling-fan, blower, HVAC, pump and other application-specific housings are evaluated from the actual drawing and project requirements rather than presented as standard stock products.

Project route
The route connects frame standard, material, casting or fabrication, bore and foot machining, surface protection and dimensional release.

Confirm frame standard, mounting form, shaft height, stator, covers and terminal box.
Evaluate aluminum casting/extrusion, iron casting or fabricated steel from duty and volume.
Produce the approved blank with ribs, feet, flange and required machining stock.
Remove sand or flash, blast and stabilize the blank before final machining.
Bore stator and cover pilots; machine feet, flange, box opening, drains and threads.
Protect the frame, mask fits and verify dimensions, coating and trial interfaces.

Incoming, in-process and final controls use the agreed method, fixture, sampling and limits; Cpk ≥1.33 is the reference target where critical-characteristic capability is required.
Available project evidence is confirmed at quotation and may include material records, dimensional or CMM reports, roughness, coating, leakage, cleanliness and marked-drawing results.

B3 is foot mounted, B5 is flange mounted and B35 combines feet and a flange. The drawing must still define pilot, PCD, holes, shaft height and terminal-box orientation.

No. IP and efficiency ratings belong to the complete assembled and tested motor. GX supplies the housing geometry, material and finish specified for the customer's motor design.
